HOULTON – Kolleen Bouchard has been one of the most impactful players in all of Maine the past three seasons, but after this upcoming season wraps up, she will take her game to the next level.
WAGM was first to report Thursday Bouchard had committed to play at Bentley University, starting in the 2018-2019 season. There, she will join her brother Kyle, who plays for the school’s men’s program.
Bouchard’s presence for the Shiretowners the past three years has been undeniable. Riding her scoring prowess and defensive dominance, Houlton has won three straight regional championships (one in Class C, the other two in Class B). The team also won the Class C state title in 2015 and the Class B state title in 2016, but will return to Class C for her senior year.
