PORTLAND – The Binghamton Rumble Ponies have once again made there way up to Portland and that means it’ll be “Tebow Time” all weekend long.
The former Heisman Trophy winner and Denver Broncos starting quarterback has been hitting much better as of late. The left fielder is batting .244 with three home runs on the young season. The 30-year-old is looking forward to playing at Hadlock Field and taking on the “Maine Monster” once again.
“It’s a really fun field I think. I think that the dimensions and the way it’s built make it fun and kind of give it a little change of pace. In left field you gotta be ready to play it a little differently, you gotta be ready to play it off the wall. It just gives it added dimensions to the game which I think are fun,” Tebow said.
