BANGOR – On June 20th, Kaitlin Robinson, BSN, RN and staff nurse with the Grant 4 Cardiac Telemetry at Eastern Maine Medical Center joined us to discuss EMMC’s 12-month mandatory nurse residency program.
Kaitlin participated in the program as a new nurse in 2016 and now helps teach the program.
She joined EMMC as a CNA while in nursing school and has worked at the hospital for seven years.
She discussed how the nurse residency program helped her gain skills as a new nurse.
