AUGUSTA – A month long investigation by Augusta Police and Maine Drug Agents ends in the arrest of two Augusta residents.
35-year-old Joshua Arbour and 30-year-old Kimberly Hopkins both face multiple charges including trafficking and child endangerment.
Arbour also faces felony bail violations. The two were out on bail for previous trafficking charges.
Officials say they found heroin, crack cocaine and $3 thousand dollars during a search of their Old Belgrade Road home.
