BANGOR – A Bangor man is pleading guilty to charges of allowing dealers to store drugs at his home.
Police arrested 42-year-old Daniel Lyons for maintaining a drug involved premises back in 2014.
Court documents show Lyons allowed dealers to store and sell heroin at a home on Essex Street in Bangor. Lyons was compensated in heroin.
He faces up to 20 years in prison, a 500,000 dollar fine, and three years of supervised release.
