A woman called to say Dustin Barrows, 33, had pulled into her driveway at a high rate of speed and struck a woodpile.
She said he was acting erratically and claims he was trying to break a window with a rock and that he also took the woman’s phone while she was trying to talk with police and threw it on the roof.
