BANGOR – There are more than 60,000 veterans living in Maine’s Second Congressional District.
Representative Bruce Poliquin will serve as a member of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee. The second-term congressman also will be on the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation.
Rep. Poliquin said “I have a nose for waste. I have a nose for corruption and inside dealings. And I have zero tolerance for it.”
Poliquin stated he will strongly advocate on behalf of the state’s military veterans.
