BANGOR – A man from Bangor was charged with operating under the influence of drugs following a crash last night in Northern Maine.
It was just before 7:00 p.m. when Maine State Police began receiving reports of an erratic driver on the interstate. But before they could find the vehicle, the driver struck a snowbank and flipped his vehicle onto the right side in the town of Ludlow.
Police say Jason Rossignol, 41, told them he lost control because he was tired, but they suspected he was impaired.
Rossignol was brought to the Aroostook County Jail where a sobriety test determined he was under the influence of drugs.
