BANGOR – A Bangor man faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
John Oliveira, 32, pleads guilty to distribution of fentanyl.
Oliveira allegedly sold fentanyl to a witness working with law enforcement in August of 2016.
He’ll receive sentencing after the probation office completes an investigation report.
Oliveira could also see between three years and a lifetime of supervised release.
