PORTLAND – A man from West Bath has been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury. He is accused of selling drugs to a person who later died from an overdose.
Mickey Gilley, 34, is charged with distributing a mixture that contained heroin and fentanyl.
Gilley was arrested in December after a woman died while taking the drug.
He now faces a potential prison sentence of up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
