SKOWHEGAN – The Skowhegan State Fair rolled on through rain showers Sunday, celebrating the efforts of 4-H clubs.
4-H day kicked off with a parade Sunday morning.
Different clubs showed off their animals and projects on the racetrack.
“I think it’s real nice to see all these young people involved in agriculture and getting involved in the parade,” said Richard Irwin, who watched the parade. “It was real nice.”
There were also 4-H livestock demonstrations and a dairy goat show.
The fair continues through August 19.
