AUGUSTA-You can expect to see some creative messages as you drive along Maine’s road system.
The Maine DOT has been asking for feedback on what type of messages people would like to see on highway message boards.
The submissions have been both smart and funny and cover issues ranging from distracted driving to tailgating.
Now it’s the public’s chance to vote for their favorites.
You can read the messages and cast your vote by visiting the Maine Department of Transportation website.
They’ve set up “traffic light voting”.
Vote red if you don’t like the message, yellow if you like it and green if you love it.
Voting ends on April 30th.
