BANGOR – A third suspect in the Millinocket home invasion-turned-murder case has been arraigned.
According to the Bangor Daily News Alexis Locklear, 21, pleaded not guilty to felony murder and robbery on Friday at the Penobscot Judicial Center in Bangor.
Locklear was arrested in North Carolina and was being held in a jail in that state, but was extradited to Maine last week.
She, along with her father, Tony Locklear, 43, and her boyfriend, Christopher Murray, 38, allegedly went to Wayne LaPierre’s home in December to rob him.
That robbery resulted in the shooting death of LaPierre.
All three suspects are now being held at the Penobscot County Jail.
