HUDSON – A man is facing manslaughter charges following a crash that killed a man from Glenburn in May.
The Penobscot County District Attorney’s office announced the arrest of James McBride Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities believe he was behind the wheel of a vehicle that crashed last month on Route 221 in Hudson.
Three others were also in the vehicle, including 43-year-old Mark Allard who was killed.
Two others were badly injured.
McBride is now charged with manslaughter, aggravated OUI and aggravated driving to endanger.
He’s expected to appear before a judge Wednesday for a bail hearing.
