PATTEN – A Patten man is behind bars after his arrest in connection with Tuesday afternoon’s holdup of the Patten branch of the East Mill Credit Union.
Bryan Ingalls, 59, was arrested Thursday, according to Maine State Police spokesman Stephen McCausland.
According to a statement from police, Ingalls is being held at Penobscot County Jail, where he is being held on $40,000 bail.
The incident remains under investigation. Police said a portion of the money taken was recovered during the course of the investigation.
