MILLINOCKET – A Millinocket man was arrested Thursday on charges related to a suspicious fire last summer.
The Penobscot County grand jury indicted Adam Turner, 21, on burglary and arson charges earlier this week.
Turner allegedly set three fires inside the Church of the Nazarene in June of last year, according to a statement from the Maine Department of Public Safety.
The charges against him stem from a joint investigation by the state fire marshal’s office along with the Millinocket police and fire departments.
Turner was scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon at the Penobscot Judicial Center.
