BANGOR – A Millinocket man pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of theft of a firearm from a federally licensed dealer.
Court records indicated that in November of last year, Randolph Bourgoin, 31, stole the gun from a display case at a gun dealer in Milo.
After the theft was caught on surveillance video, Bourgoin admitted to the crime.
Bourgoin faces up to 10 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and three years of supervised release. He will be sentenced after the U.S. Probation Office completes an investigation report.
