DEXTER – A man and a woman are facing drug charges after police executed a search warrant at a local residence late last week.
Authorities said the search was conducted just before 6 p.m. Thursday at a home on Church Street.
Police arrested Thomas Edes, 29, and Alyssa Knowles, 27, both of Dexter.
Knowles is facing seven counts of aggravated trafficking.
Police charged Edes with two counts of aggravated trafficking and three counts of unlawful trafficking.
Both also were charged with unlawful possession of heroin and fentanyl, among other charges.
The search was part of a months-long investigation into drug activity at the residence.
A judge set bail for Edes at $30,000 and bail for Knowles at $50,000.
