PITTSFIELD – Students at the Maine Central Institute are giving you the chance to travel the world without leaving Pittsfield.
This Sunday from 11-2, everyone is invited to the MCI International Food Festival.
The annual event is put on by the cultural diversity club, and will represent food from fourteen different countries.
“I think coming to the international food festival is one of the easiest ways to learn about the different cultures and get to interact with the kids from different countries.” Annie Nguyen, President of Cultural Diversity Club
Each guest will receive a passport highlighting the different countries that are represented so that they can make sure they don’t miss any delicious foods.
The cost is $1 for children, $3 for students, and $4 for adults.
