AUGUSTA – On 06-08-2015, at approximately1:50pm the Augusta Police Department received a call about a possible bomb threat, at the Cony High School, in Augusta Maine.
School was released early, and all students were advised to depart the school, and go home. Students were NOT evacuated to another location.
Officers, Detectives & K-9 Detection Teams are investigating the bomb threat.
At this time, everyone is safe, and there are no known injuries as a result of the threat made against the school.
More information will be forthcoming, as the investigation continues to develop.
