BANGOR – An Augusta man has been indicted on charges stemming from an accident in Holden more than a year ago.
The crash happened in November of 2018 at the intersection of Route 1A and Route 46.
According to a spokeswoman for the Penobscot County District Attorney’s Office, Charlie Erving, 60, was behind the wheel of a tractor trailer when he ran a red light.
At the time, Holden police said the sun was in Erving’s eyes.
