BANGOR – City hall is expected to reopen on Monday, June 1.
Bangor finance director Debbie Laurie said people will find social distancing being enforced within city hall’s corridors.
“We are able to maintain six foot distancing. We’re able to maintain queuing. We are able to maintain a distance from the line to the traffic flow in the building,” said Laurie. “So by making the changes that we had, limiting the offices we can open in person, I think we’ve done all we can to ensure the safety of the public and our staff.”
Laurie said in addition to the plexiglass they’ve installed, they will also have face masks and hand sanitizer available.
