STATEWIDE — The arrival of the coronavirus delayed a number of court cases involving people convicted or charged with murder.
Three murderers and two men accused of the crime are scheduled to be in court this week.
F Daly is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday in the death of Bangor resident Israel Lewis. Daly was convicted in September 2019.
On Wednesday, Bar Harbor murderer Jalique Keene will go before the law court and on Thursday, there is a hearing during which Fairfield murderer Luc Tieman’s attorney is asking to recuse himself.
A hearing to dismiss the case against accused murder Carine Reeves took place Monday morning.
On Friday, Gage Dalphonse, who is charged with the murder of Jean Fournier on July 27, 2019, will be in Androscoggin County Superior Court for a variety of motions.
