BANGOR – The Cross Insurance Center hosted their second annual “Haunted Halloween” event.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, the center held a trick-or-treat drive-thru, so families could enjoy the spooky festivities.
According to the general manager of the Cross Insurance Center, kids received Halloween candy, fruit, pumpkins and other treats.
“Why not have something outside? Have people drive thru, hand stuff out to the kids, all bagged up and safe, minimizing interaction, and give kids that feeling of what Halloween can be like,” said Tony Vail, general manager of Cross Insurance Center.
According to Vail, Hannaford Supermarket and First Bank gave generous donations to help organize Haunted Halloween.
