BANGOR – Runners who want to cap off the decade with one last race should head to Bangor this Sunday.
The 14th annual Epic Finale 5K, sponsored by Epic Sports, begins at 10 a.m.
The 5K race will begin outside Epic Sports on Central Street and run throughout downtown Bangor.
With temperatures rising to mid thirties during the day Sunday, Epic Sports’ owner says runners will have the perfect weather.
“It looks like the weather this Sunday is really going to be good,” said Brad Ryder of Epic Sports. “We’ve run in some really tough conditions, rain and snow and sleet, but it looks like the weather is going to be good this Sunday.”
Online registration closed Friday, but anyone looking to join the race can still register in person at Epic Sports.
