BANGOR – The Bangor Fire Department has announced funeral plans for former Chief Jeffrey Cammack.
The retired chief passed away over the weekend following a battle with cancer.
In a post on Facebook, Chief Tom Higgins said Cammack’s funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Anah Shrine building on Broadway.
Then, a procession with graveside service, including a “fire fighters final bell ringing” will be held at 2:00 at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Higgins said the procession is scheduled to depart at 1:45 p.m.
According to the Facebook post, a full obituary for Cammack will be in the Bangor Daily on Wednesday, Jan. 1.
