BANGOR – A judge again set a $50,000 cash bail for a Lincoln man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl earlier this year.
Penobscot County Deputy District Attorney Devon DeMarco said Tuesday that Paul Fiske violated his bail conditions when he allegedly threatened the victim and a witness from his jail cell.
“Bail conditions are very important, not just to protect the physical safety of the victims and the community but also to protect the integrity of the judicial system,” she said.
According to earlier statements from DeMarco, the alleged victim is related to Fiske.
Earlier this year, the victim was pregnant and in state custody.
