AUGUSTA – The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported Tuesday that the number of COVID-19 cases in Maine is up 34 from Monday. Meanwhile, the statewide death toll remained at 105.
Maine CDC posted on its website that the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases across the state now stands at 3,253, with 360 of those defined as probable cases.
The latest CDC COVID-19 statistics show 2,646 people have recovered from the virus since it hit Maine, while a cumulative total of 348 people have required hospitalization to treat the virus.
So far, more than 100,500 people in Maine have been tested for COVID-19, according to the Maine CDC.
