MILO – A Milo man is facing a variety of charges after he allegedly shot at his wife and killed their cat.
Frank Foss Jr. is charged with terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, four counts of domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, OUI and cruelty to animals.
Authorities said he pointed a gun at his wife when she returned home Sunday. She told police she couldn’t get into the house and saw their cat had been shot to death.
Foss is accused of shooting at her when she got into the car with their three children and tried to leave.
She told police she went to a friend’s house in Medford and saw Foss drive by minutes later.
Two people reported they saw him shooting as drove by.
Police said Foss admitted he was drinking when he killed the cat and fired shots at the other house.
Foss is free on bail. His next court date is Jan. 6.
