CORINTH — Firefighters were called to a mobile home fire on Grant Road Wednesday night.
The fire began around 10 p.m. at 512 Grant Road, according to Corinth Fire Chief Scott Bragdon. He said there were heavy flames on one end of the mobile home.
“At this point it looks like maybe they had a problem with a generator they were using earlier in the evening. We called the fire marshal in to do an investigation to see exactly what the cause was,” Bragdon said.
He added it took about an hour to knock the fire down.
Corinth firefighters were assisted by crews from the Kenduskeag, Hudson, Glenburn, Charleston, Bradford and Garland fire departments.
No injuries were reported.
