BANGOR — A Penobscot County grand jury has indicted two men in connection with the deaths of two people, one in Bangor and the other in East Millinocket.
Rayshaun Moore, 34, of Bangor was indicted for murder in the death of 25-year-old Demetrius Snow of Bangor.
Police said they responded to a call about a fight at the Half Acre nightclub on Harlow Streetin February.
Jason Mulligan, 25, of Bangor was indicted for manslaughter.
Police said in March that Mulligan shot 23-year-old Cameron Pelkey of East Millinocket and then barricaded himself inside a Penobscot Avenue home with two others inside.
The Maine State Police tactical team responded and rescued them.
Pelkey died a few days later.
Mulligan was also indicted on a variety of other charges, including unlawful possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and criminal OUI.
