GUILFORD – President Trump’s visit on Friday marks the first visit to Maine by a sitting president in 10 years.
Donald Trump made a visit to Maine Friday to celebrate the employees of Puritan Medical Products in Guilford.
Puritan has been a front runner in creating the cotton swabs for COVID-19 testing across the country.
The company received $75.5 million from the Defense Production Act, and plans to build a new facility in Pittsfield that will employ 150 people.
Trump helicoptered to Guilford, after landing at Bangor International Airport and taking place in a round table discussion with commercial fisherman.
