STATEWIDE – Mainers have been without Spectrum services, including internet, TV and phone since mid-afternoon Friday.
Company officials say they’re working to fix the issue impacting services statewide.
A spokesperson from Charter Communications, Spectrum’s parent company, released a statement concerning the outage.
“Damage to our fiber-optic network in two separate locations is affecting Spectrum services for customers in Maine and New Hampshire,” the statement said.
“Our engineers are working to restore service as quickly as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience to our customers,” the statement continues.
